The Project
Responsible for mobilising an Integration Transformation Programme of work sponsored by the CIO. This role was based out of Melbourne, Australia and involved working with the senior IT executive as the primary stakeholders. The programme of work was based on turning around and restructuring Foster’s integration services function. The day to day role involved providing consulting and troubleshooting services to the executive team, a proactive approach to the identification of root cause problems and the use of best practice examples to demonstrate what needed to be changed in order to deliver a best in industry integration services team capable of supporting Foster’s global programmes of work.
