Responsible for the project management of system changes across a range of end 2 end business processes required to support the implementation of a new and very prominent business initiative. Specific systems involved included: Web Front End, Order Taking & Management, Finance Systems, Warehouse Systems, Replenishment, Multi Channel (Call Centre, Tills, Web, Mobile), Returns, Reporting.
