The Project
Responsible for the delivery of a management consulting engagement focused on the review, gap analysis and recommendation of how to improve the Orange UK integration services team. This involved the delivery management of a small team of integration specialists including the project manager, business analysts and webMethods technologists. The engagement was focused on the use of industry best practice, combined with personal experience of managing large integration teams and provided a detailed overview of the changes required to transition the team, to a delivery model that could support the Orange business moving forward. A complex delivery environment required an innovative solution to the delivery model which involved working with Orange’s internal resources as well as its off shore partners.
