The Project
Responsible for a very large integration project team consisting of 45+ consultants, contractors and client staff. Joining the project part way through a complex programme to implement new Siebel, Finance, Billing & Fulfilment systems this senior project management role required a wide range of skills. The project focused on the development of automated business processes within a SeeBeyond environment. The project involved automating the fragmented processes of Customer Gains, Customer Losses, Meter Inspections, Prepayments, Disputes and Automated Collections via the interaction with Siebel workflows and the billing engine. These business processes were part of the larger 400+ hub and spoke interfaces and 43 application program interfaces that supported the business process as part of a service based approach. Working closely with the program management team this role was responsible for the day to day management of integration projects for the entire project lifecycle.
