The Project
Responsible for the project management of multiple projects for this customer, including the integration of an automated end-to-end problem management solution for multiple Vanco customers. The integrated problem management solution was designed and built using a Service Orientated Architecture (SOA) within a Sun Microsystems ICAN 5.0.5 environment. Engaged from the outset of the project, the role involved the management of business requirements specification, documenting the business processes, conceptual architecture, Functional Design, Technical Design, creation of test plans, provision of testing support and implementation into the production environment.
